Job Title: Packaging Assembler I #1376
Shift: 1st Shift (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM)
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Duration: Temp-to-perm potential
Job Summary:
Responsible for manual and semi-automated packaging and labeling of medical kits and components in compliance with schedules and cGMP standards. Duties include kit assembly labeling ERP system transactions equipment operation and workspace maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble label fill and cap kits and components manually and with semi-automated equipment
Operate and clean packaging machinery (e.g. conveyors scanners labelers)
Perform ERP transactions and maintain accurate records and logs
Stage materials and verify packaging components
Follow safety procedures wear required PPE and comply with 6S standards
Train new team members and assist with workflow
Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Basic computer and math skills
Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 13485 standards a plus
Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs stand/walk for extended periods and use pallet jacks (electric preferred)
Must wear safety shoes cleanroom PPE
