Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Duration: 3–6 Months

What You'll Do:

• Handle shipping receiving storing and delivering a variety of materials and supplies

• Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Transport materials between departments and production areas

• Operate forklifts (sit-down stand-up and side-loader) pallet jacks and other material handling equipment

• Stage transact and issue materials for work orders in a timely manner

• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with GMP and inventory control guidelines

• Follow all SOPs and participate in employee training

• Collaborate with team members leads and supervisors to ensure workflow runs smoothly

What You Bring:

• Experience:

  • 6+ months of warehouse or stockroom experience preferred

  • Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus

  • Comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment

• Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Basic computer skills (Word Excel data entry)

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Basic math and understanding of cycle count procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (approx. 35% of the day)

• Walking standing and climbing for up to 50% of the shift

• Must operate a forklift approximately 15% of the time

• Vision requirements include close and distance focus

Work Environment:

You’ll be working in a manufacturing laboratory and warehouse setting where you may handle viral/bacterial hazards and potentially infectious materials. Flexibility with hours may be needed to meet project deadlines.
