Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM PST) 8 hours/day 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $20- $25/hr DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Test Technician to support our hardware and systems testing operations. This hands-on role involves executing test procedures maintaining equipment and supporting test engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and is eager to learn.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and provide feedback on results defects or issues.

• Assist in setup and operation of specialized test equipment including program or build loading.

• Perform routine calibrations and maintenance on testing tools in line with documented standards.

• Conduct basic repairs on test equipment when required.

• Follow established procedures to perform technology tests and accurately document results.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic testing issues escalating more complex problems as needed.

• Gather and analyze basic data to help identify root causes of issues.

• Collaborate within the team to ensure timely completion of testing activities.

• Communicate status updates and potential challenges to team lead or supervisor.

• Prioritize and execute assigned tasks and deadlines under supervision.

• Adjust to schedule changes or setbacks while maintaining productivity.

Level of Responsibility

• Works under close supervision with a focus on learning and growth.

• Responsible for assigned tasks with limited decision-making authority.

• Errors typically impact project timelines and are correctable.

• Communicates basic information verbally and in writing within the team.

• Follows step-by-step instructions or documentation to perform assigned work.

• Applies basic creativity and initiative when addressing minor technical issues.

• Limited problem-solving required primarily troubleshooting and support.
