Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: San Ysidro CA 92173 (Onsite 2 days a week)

Duration: 3 months with the potential to extend based on performance and business need
Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Mondays 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Our client a mission-driven non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality compassionate and affordable care is seeking an experienced Provider Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding for licensed healthcare professionals including Physicians Psychiatrists Dentists and Psychologists.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate recruitment activities interviews and onboarding

• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process

• Assist with credentialing and maintain accurate records

• Support recruitment events and special initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition HR or healthcare admin support (fast-paced setting)

• Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills

• Experience supporting licensed healthcare professionals preferred

• High School Diploma or GED
