Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Onsite – San Diego CA 92121
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.50 per hour
Assignment Type: Approximately 3 months Temporary with potential for extension based on performance and business need.
Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to join the team and play a critical role in supporting the recruitment efforts. This position is heavily focused on scheduling and requires someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple calendars and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone video and onsite) with candidates hiring managers and interview panels.

Ensure timely and accurate communication of interview details to all stakeholders.

Manage and update scheduling tools and calendars to reflect real-time changes.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust interview logistics as needed.

Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries related to interview coordination.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to continuously improve scheduling workflows.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

2–3 years of experience in a scheduling or coordination role preferably in recruitment or human resources.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) calendar management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service or recruitment support is a plus.
