Lab Technician – R&D Support
1st shift 8am – 4:30pm Mon – Fri
Pay rate $20/hr
We are looking for a motivated self-directed individual to support our R&D labs as part of the Global Lab Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare routine buffers and solutions; manage related inventory.

Perform daily lab walkthroughs and safety checks.

Handle hazardous waste disposal following safety procedures.

Maintain lab cleanliness organization and equipment inventory.

Assist with ordering lab supplies and equipment.

Enforce lab safety protocols and report maintenance needs.

Support cleanroom operations (ISO 6/7); gowning required.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong communication organization and time management skills.

Familiarity with lab safety procedures SDS and GMP a plus.

Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and using standard lab equipment.
Work Environment:
-
Lab-based with exposure to chemicals and moderate noise.
-
Physical activity includes standing bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
-
Requires PPE and gowning for extended periods.
