Job Title: Senior Accountant (Temporary)
Location: Oceanside CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: 2 to 3 months (estimated)
Pay Rate: $43.74-$56.24 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support our team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 to 3 months. This role is fully onsite in Oceanside and will play a key part in managing complex accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record accounting entries for complex transactions including debt revenue and expenses
Manage fixed asset activities including setup tracking and disposal
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Complete balance sheet account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
Handle and monitor cash transactions and related processes
Support month-end close activities and ensure timely reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong experience with complex accounting entries
Hands-on experience with fixed assets reconciliations and cash management
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
This is a temporary assignment with an immediate need
Must be able to work onsite in Oceanside CA
