Marketing Communications Coordinator Senior

Location: 100% Onsite Santa Clara CA

Duration: Aug 3 2026 – Jan 29 2027 (Potential extension based on performance & business need)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly collaborative Marketing Communications Coordinator Senior to support a fast-paced product marketing team focused on cutting-edge immersive technologies.

In this role you will help coordinate manage and execute product marketing initiatives across messaging content development events and go-to-market execution. You will play a key role in supporting product launches and marketing programs while working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a matrixed tech environment and enjoys translating complex technologies into compelling marketing narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product marketing initiatives including marketing strategy messaging and product launches
  • Coordinate and execute platform messaging content and go-to-market plans
  • Develop and support presentations keynote materials and executive communications
  • Assist with event planning and execution including trade shows and industry events
  • Create and contribute to marketing assets (blogs presentations videos newsletters web content)
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering product management business development PR digital brand and external partners
  • Track and manage marketing budgets in partnership with finance and procurement
  • Support customer and partner engagement activities
  • Prepare internal communications including reports newsletters and post-event summaries
  • Represent the team at events as needed including demo support and speaking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced matrixed tech environment
  • Experience in product marketing and/or technology marketing
  • Exposure to project management within a marketing organization
  • Strong experience with presentation development product messaging and positioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event execution and trade shows
  • Exposure to Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Associate’s Degree + 4+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 6+ years of relevant experience

Advanced degrees may substitute for up to 2 years of experience (Master’s = 1 year Doctorate = 2 years).

What You’ll Work On

  • Product marketing for immersive technologies including Virtual Reality (VR) Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR)
  • Messaging and positioning for emerging technologies such as AI connectivity and semiconductors
  • High-visibility deliverables used by executives at major industry events and trade shows

Additional Details

  • No physical or driving requirements
  • Domestic and international travel may be required for events
