Position:Quality Technician II
Location:San DiegoCA 92121
Pay: $21.25-$26.50 DOE
Duration: 8 months
Position Summary
The Quality Technician II is responsible for performing testing and inspection procedures to ensure that finished products meet established quality standards. This role also supports the maintenance and effectiveness of quality systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform inspections of purchased parts materials components and equipment upon receipt from vendors or subcontractors.
• Test and inspect incoming materials using established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Determine appropriate inspection methods sequences and procedures.
• Work from engineering drawings sketches and technical specifications.
• Monitor inspection and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and proper calibration.
• Verify and log customer returns and nonconforming materials.
• Assist with investigations related to nonconforming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of related experience in quality inspection manufacturing or a similar technical environment
