Position: 1st Shift Ablative Technician
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 5:00am – 1:30pm Monday – Friday

Position Summary:

As a 1st Shift Ablative Technician you’ll play a crucial role in our production process ensuring efficiency and safety while crafting high-quality products. What You’ll Do:

• Prep and maintain tools following specified guidelines and procedures

• Accurately follow work instructions to ensure top-notch quality

• Inspect completed products visually for conformance to specifications and defects

• Record information on production records logs and other report forms

• Perform re-work as needed to meet our high standards

• Clean and reseal tools using appropriate release systems

• Stay vigilant about FOD & Tool control at all times

• Continuously demonstrate 5S Application for a tidy workspace

• Adhere to the highest safety and housekeeping standards

• Repair defective products identified by inspection or test personnel

• Participate in internal training to enhance your skills

• Take on other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Composite experience highly preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

• Basic math skills for simple calculations

• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

• Flexible and well-organized
