Position: Senior Welder
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to determine required welds

• Perform various welds including base plates stiffener plates cap plates and rebar

• Weld large frames including complete joint penetration (CJP) welds efficiently and accurately

• Safely position materials and frames using overhead cranes

• Replace wire in welding machines as needed

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma (preferred but not required)

• Minimum 10–15 years of welding experience in a shop environment

• Must be certified in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

• Must be certified to operate overhead and jib cranes

• Ability to operate a grinder

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
