Are you someone who enjoys working with customers and building strong relationships? As a Dealer Support Representative you will assist dealers associated with your assigned accounts focusing on offering outstanding customer service while working with a team of other Dealer Support Representatives and Dealer Support Clerks to achieve monthly shipment goals.

 

You'll serve as the main point of contact for our dealers within your territory and will provide order status billing and shipment updates by working with other departments such as Shipping Finished Goods and Accounting to resolve questions in a timely manner. You'll be a core part of our Dealer Support team which provides world-class service to dealers of our industry-leading Endless Pools(r) Hot Spring(r) Spas Caldera(r) Spas Freeflow Spas(r) and Fantasy Spas(r).

 

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? In this role you will frequently handle multiple tasks such as processing return authorizations per company policy assisting dealers with part number requests and preparing export documentation.

  • Are you customer-centric? You will be working closely with your assigned dealer customers through a relationship-based approach to assist them with orders other product requests and promoting Watkins Wellness' products. You'll also work to resolve any customer issues by using strong problem-solving skills in an expedited manner.

  • Are you goal-oriented? This position requires you to work both independently and within a strong team environment to achieve results.

  • Do you have excellent organizational skills? You will work and coordinate with several other departments to prepare dealer orders for shipment per company's guidelines. You will also work with established finance companies to assist the dealer accounts with obtaining credit approvals for their shipments and proactively check-on credit statuses as needed.

  • Are you detailed? In addition to responding to customer calls and emails you will also maintain records of order statuses and changes as well as reconcile invoices and sales orders to ensure accuracy.

  • Are you a skilled communicator? In this role you will interact with our dealer (retail) customers and individuals across multiple departments regularly.

  • Do you look for process improvement? As part of a continuous improvement environment you will be looked to provide ideas and suggestions on how we can improve our workflow and increase our overall department efficiency.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of related experience in account management customer service sales support or dealer support; the equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks successfully.

  • Basic proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent phone and email etiquette with the ability to articulate information professionally and thoughtfully manner.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.

  • The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision peripheral vision and depth perception. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
