We are seeking a TM1 & Informatica Planning Systems Developer to design develop and support enterprise financial planning and forecasting solutions. This role focuses on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Informatica-based data integrations working closely with Finance FP&A and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate timely and governed data flows into enterprise planning models.

Key Responsibilities

IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)

• Design develop and maintain TM1 models including cubes dimensions hierarchies rules and feeders
• Build and support TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading transformation validation and automation
• Develop and enhance Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) reports and solutions
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes including OPEX Revenue P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Manage TM1 security at cube dimension element and application levels
• Optimize TM1 performance including rules feeders and data structures for enterprise-scale usage

Informatica / Data Integration

• Develop and support Informatica mappings workflows and scheduling to integrate data into TM1
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality completeness and timeliness
• Support financial close and planning cycle data refresh processes

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with Finance FP&A and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver planning solutions
• Support UAT production releases and post-deployment hypercare activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve data reconciliation and performance issues across TM1 and Informatica layers
• Maintain technical documentation runbooks and support procedures
• Support system enhancements upgrades and modernization or migration initiatives
• Ensure adherence to data governance audit and internal control standards

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning systems
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) including cubes rules feeders and TI processes
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter and/or IICS) including mappings workflows and scheduling
• Solid understanding of FP&A processes (Budgeting Forecasting OPEX Revenue P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience integrating planning systems with ERP EDW or cloud data platforms
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to global or multi-business unit planning solutions
• Experience with Anaplan OneStream or other EPM tools
• Exposure to Databricks or modern cloud data platforms
• Knowledge of data governance certification or financial controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT-related experience

• 7+ years of IT-related experience in lieu of a degree
