Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: San Diego CA 92121 – Onsite
Schedule: 6:30am – 2:30pm or 7:30am – 3:30pm

Position Summary:
Manpower is assisting a client who is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the esteemed team.
Responsibilities:
The role of a involves effectively communicating our billing procedures with patients. Some of the responsibilities can include:

Discussing various financial options related to testing including -pay discount alternatives and financial assistance.

Responsible for day-to-day requests from various departments including Lab Sales Billing and Client Services.

Operate within a call-center environment and without direct face-to-face patient interaction. You will play a crucial role in addressing patient billing concerns and efficiently directing inquiries before and after the completion of testing.
