Shift: 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM Monday–Friday

Employment Type: 2-Month Temporary Assignment

Job Summary

We are hiring a Rework Specialist I to inspect troubleshoot repair and test electronic/mechanical products and assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing electronics repair or rework experience.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify mechanical physical and minor electrical defects

• Disassemble repair rework and replace defective parts and components

• Perform testing to ensure products meet specifications

• Read and follow drawings work instructions and safety procedures

• Document repairs failure codes and corrective actions

• Inspect finished products for quality and workmanship

• Identify product issues and communicate findings to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with repair rework electronics manufacturing or assembly

• Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues

• Comfortable using basic tools and testing equipment

• Ability to read work instructions drawings and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand walk sit use hand tools and work with machinery/electrical equipment

• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance

• May occasionally bend kneel crouch crawl or reach overhead
