.Electronic / Mechanical Assembler (SMT)
Job Summary
Performs complex mechanical and electronic assembly of components sub-assemblies circuit boards and sheet metal enclosures. Works from drawings schematics and work instructions while ensuring quality and IPC-A-610 compliance.
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electronic assemblies (chassis racks enclosures)
Operate SMT machines and perform component placement with correct polarity
Perform hand soldering wire harnessing and cabling
Conduct go/no-go testing and document results
Set up and use test equipment and hand tools
Perform repair/rework as needed and follow ESD procedures
Required Skills
SMT machine operation
Component polarity knowledge
Read schematics and drawings
IPC-A-610 standards
Strong communication skills
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with IPC-A-610 and SMT circuit board assembly
Ability to use hand tools and electronic test equipment
Siemens or ASM SMT machines
EKRA paste printing and AOI experience

• Work Days: Mon-Fri
1stShift Time: 7:00-3:00m
2nd shift 3pm – 11:30pm
• Work Days: Mon-Fri
