Job Summary:

Our client a leading player in the electronics retail industry is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates to join their team. As a Sales Associate you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations department supporting the store's success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a passion for home appliances and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

• Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.

• Ensure the sales floor is clean organized and visually appealing.

• Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a must.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Proficiency in conducting product demos is beneficial.
