Position Details:

• Job Title: Material Handler Associate I

• Pay Rate: $19.50/hour- $20.28 DOE

• Shift: Monday – Thursday 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST

• Location: 92121

• Employment Type: Temp-To-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping receiving and inventory management activities.

• Pulling and staging materials to support manufacturing work orders.

• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory transactions.

• Preparing and processing shipments including shipping documentation.

• Utilizing ERP and shipping systems for data entry and recordkeeping.

• Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Supporting stockroom operations and internal material distribution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience or 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferably within a medical device environment.

• Experience working in a GMP and/or FDA-regulated environment.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing walking bending and repetitive movement throughout the shift.

• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.

• ERP system experience.

• Experience with pallet jacks forklifts dollies and automated shipping systems.

• Medical device industry experience.
