Job Title: Documentation Clerk

Schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm -11:30pm
Duration: Approximately one year
Pay: $15 per/hour

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for working on the computer and entering in/processing the returned goods in the laboratory. This position is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of a variety of cGMP documentation including complaint files complaint process system investigations and closure corrective action and preventive actions (CAPA) product investigations and maintenance of other related quality system records as required.



Maintain recordkeeping and documentation for processes performed following Good manufacturing practices.

Assist with Data entry and some investigation and inspections of returned goods.

Read and interpret safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

As needed collaborate with Customer Service Technical Support and Clinical group on complaint investigations and process improvements.

Write routine reports and correspondence.
Demonstrate a primary commitment to safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Follow laboratory protocols manufacturing process instructions and chemical safety guidelines.

Perform a wide variety of laboratory tasks; Make detailed observations while performing tasks.

Able to work flexible hours including evenings holidays and weekends. Overtime may be required.

Ability to work in an environment with multi short-term deadlines frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.



High school diploma general education degree (GED) or two to four years of related experience and/or training

Proficient in MS Suite

Ability to read and interpret documents.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
