Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Diego CA 92131

Schedule: Monday – Friday Business Hours 7am – 4pm

Duration: 5-6 Weeks

Pay: $17 – $22 per/hour DOE

 

Position Summary:

Under general supervision performs administrative duties related to the ongoing business of the branch. Responsibilities may include tasks associated with service operations and/or business development. Provide administrative support to team members including but not limited to – Manager Administrative Support Branch Manager District Manager Manager District Service/Installation Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create a Sharepoint database for the service department.

  • Data entry based on example

  • Aid managers as requested which may include special projects preparation of letters field support etc.

  • Assist service operations and/or business development when requested.

  • Train administrative associates as needed with company specific tools (i.e. SAP etc.)

  • Provide support to administrative duties performed in the branch which may include dispatching answering phones etc.

  • Mentor to administrative associates.

  • May be responsible for accounts receivables and/or accounts payables.

  • Assist in processing field payroll.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred or years of experience.

  • Three to four years office experience.

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and other personnel.

  • Aptitude to learn

  • Motivated to be part of a team long term

  • Takes initiative

  • Accurate typing skills of 50+ words per minute.

  • Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint and Access.

  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.

  • Ability to lead others.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Familiarization with service operations and/or business development.
