Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role you will assemble components and subassemblies used in high-quality consumer products while following established work instructions and quality standards. Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical electrical and plumbing components using detailed work instructions.
• Perform bench assembly of parts with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Use hand tools power tools pneumatic tools fixtures and jigs to assemble products.
• Position fasten screw bolt and secure components according to specifications.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Sort package label and prepare materials for production or shipment.
• Read and follow work instructions safety procedures and production documentation.
• Support production operations by assisting with cleaning painting and other general manufacturing duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing assembly warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand walk bend reach and use hands throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
