Job Title: PACE Enrollment Specialist
Location: San Diego CA (Onsite at 8080 Dagget Street + local travel within San Diego County)
Anticipated Duration: Approximately 3 months (based on business need)
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 – per hour (depending on experience)
Position Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking a PACE Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment process for seniors entering the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This role is responsible for guiding prospective participants through eligibility and enrollment while ensuring a smooth compliant and positive experience.
This is a full-time temporary opportunity based out of an administrative office in San Diego with approximately 50% of the workweek spent traveling throughout San Diego County to conduct in-home assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end enrollment process for prospective PACE participants
- Conduct in-home assessments to gather required information and documentation
- Verify eligibility including medical and program requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate enrollment processing
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all participant interactions
- Provide clear communication and support to seniors and their families throughout the enrollment process
- Travel locally within San Diego County to complete assessments and visits
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare eligibility enrollment or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with in-home visits medical verification or healthcare coordination is highly preferred
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a field-based schedule
Requirements

- Proof of active auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full-time 40 hours per week
