Schedule: 2nd shift  1:30pm – 10pm /3rd shift 10pm – 5am Mon – Fri

Duration: Long term

Pay:2nd shift $22 3rd shift $23/hr

Product Quality Inspector I

A leading manufacturer in the healthcare industry that take's pride in their products and strive for excellence. Are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

 Production Quality Inspector to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints and instructions: Understand the quality expectations for the product and supplies.

  • Approve or reject raw materials: Evaluate incoming materials based on quality standards and record supplier performance.

  • Select output samples: Use appropriate methods (measuring dimensions testing functionality comparing to specifications etc.) to check product quality.

  • Perform complex testing procedures: Utilize automated systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Inspect procedures throughout the production cycle: Ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

  • Monitor equipment usage: Ensure equipment is safe well-maintained and meets requirements.

  • Maintain records: Keep detailed records of testing information and metrics (e.g. defective products per day).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: Previous work as a quality inspector or in a relevant role.

  • Keen eye for detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure precision.

  • Results-driven approach: Responsible trustworthy and committed.

  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems: Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

  • Certification in quality control: Strong advantage (e.g. ISO 9000).
