QA and Reporting Specialist
One-of-a-kind human services company offering services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities home care for seniors as well as education vocational training and job placement for people of all ages and skill levels. We are also dedicated to helping end homelessness by providing shelter and housing assistance to those we serve.
Program provides outreach temporary shelter via Hotel Voucher transportation and Housing Location services to clients that are experiencing homelessness. We are contracted through the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency within the jurisdiction of the Housing Authority of the County of San Diego through organized county outreach events and referrals we enroll eligible clients that are experiencing homelessness and provide shelter. Our Housing Locators will work diligently with clients to identify and apply for housing opportunities. This includes locating affordable units completing applications preparing clients for landlord interviews and attending landlord interviews with the clients.
Location: Escondido (onsite)
Schedule: Monday/Friday 8am-5pm (Full Time)
This position is responsible for compiling data reviewing cases and spot checks actions to ensure the accuracy of the data entry.QA and Reporting Specialist will review number of cases for each Housing Locators monthly and are required to meet with thestaff individually to go over the cases reviewed; the errors and the required corrections.
This position will send daily weekly and monthly reporting to leadership and program funder. This requires attentions to detail and ability to learn the database and compile reports using Excel.
Ensures quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in accordance with established County contract guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Performs comprehensive “cover to cover” compliance reviews on case files to ensure accuracy of data and narrative inputs.
Supports the identification of training needs based on error trends.
Takes charge of personal development to achieve an individual case accuracy target of 95%.
Assists the QA Training and Reporting Manager to ensure team goals are met.
Reviews staff responses to quality Audits ensuring accurate corrections have been made and maintain a tracking system toidentify error trends.
Compiles monthly performance reports.
Review project data to ensure adherence to established contract guidelines.
Assists with review of departmental processes and procedures analyzes monthly data and reports to ensure continued improvement of operations.
Ensures confidentiality of all information regarding staff performance compliance and materials.

Associates degree in Human Services education psychology sociology or related field required bachelor’s degree preferred.
Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
Solid technical practical and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite applications; Email and Data Entry
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Driver’s License with good driving record
