Manufacturing Technician
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing and Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves a wide range of manufacturing tasks including assembly troubleshooting and quality control of advanced electro-optical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute various manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products.

Process work orders to ensure accurate completion and inventory management.

Assemble components into sub-assemblies using standard tools (screwdrivers wire crimping tools etc.).

Perform mechanical electrical and optical assembly using hand and pneumatic tools.

Utilize laboratory instruments to measure and quantify materials accurately.

Troubleshoot issues at the component level for PCBs and electromechanical assemblies.

Analyze quality data to make informed processing decisions.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Operate liquid-handling robots and mass spectrometers as part of the production process.

Conduct final quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.

Manage workflow using complex automated robotic systems.

Assemble and align electro-optical/mechanical systems testing and calibrating as needed.

Handle chemical solutions safely including proper mixing storage and disposal.

Perform additional laboratory duties as required.
Qualifications:
-
Strong understanding of standard laboratory practices.GMPS Cleanroom environment

High familiarity with lasers laser optics electro-optics or related technical fields.
-
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
-
Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs) travelers engineering change orders (ECOs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a plus.
