Overview
We are seeking a skilled Custom Club Builder to join our team in a fast-paced time-sensitive manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling custom golf clubs ensuring product quality and managing final packing and shipping.
Responsibilities

Assemble golf clubs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Use hand tools and machines to complete assemblies.

Follow detailed verbal and written mechanical instructions (e.g. blueprints assembly layouts and sketches).

Conduct quality checks and assist in identifying and resolving issues.

Train entry-level assemblers and set a positive example for peers.

Lift 10-20 pounds throughout the day and work standing for extended periods.

Read and understand work instructions and specifications.

Perform minor mechanical assembly calculations.

Represent the brand and follow 4Keys principles (Fair Honest Positive and Creative).

Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications

Knowledge of custom golf club assembly preferred.

High school diploma required.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assembly preferably in manufacturing.

Manufacturing background required.

Willingness to work daily overtime and weekends.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented and adaptable to a constantly changing manufacturing environment.
